Thanks to the new replay features in SSFIV, we can observe how the opponent plays and see all the button inputs

BP kinda shows how often you use a char and PP shows how often you win, but you don't lose nearly as much BP for a loss as PP. So yeah, he's probably just another extreme turtle who plays a lot. The thing is that with so much BP, if he loses once, he can lose up to 50 BP, which is about 50 matches,...

He probably is good, with so much BP, losing once would ruin your BP, and I'm sure someone would find a way to catch a jumping Akuma
